Request account deletion

Finovia is an organization-managed ERP. We separate removal from a company workspace from deletion of your Finovia account and personal data.

Remove access to a company

If you only want to leave a company workspace, contact that company's owner or administrator. They can remove your membership without deleting business records that belong to the organization.

Delete your account

  1. Email support@appnovia.com from the email address registered to your Finovia account.
  2. Use the subject Finovia account deletion request and include the name of each company workspace you can access.
  3. Complete any identity or administrator verification required to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Do not send your password, one-time code, recovery code, or full payment details. We may retain records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes. Business records controlled by an organization may remain with that organization after your personal access is removed.
